Receptionist/Office Administrator

Job Summary

The Receptionist/Office Administrator is our front-line person, the first point of contact for all customers including walk-ins, phones and email. They are responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective operations.


  • exceptional time management skills
  • willingness to learn and adaptable to varying situations and requirements
  • personable and able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • highly organized and detail focused
  • recent administrative experience in an office environment
  • familiarity with accounting principles and processes an asset
  • intermediate to advanced knowledge of Mac platform an asset
  • experience in Graphics Industry an asset

Key Responsibilities

  • greeting customers and suppliers
  • administrative support including answering phones, filing, photocopying/scanning, sorting and distributing mail, email, faxes and couriers
  • basic office accounting including invoicing, job costing, preparing daily deposits, and receiving payments
  • maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • data entry of time sheets and tracking of staff’s vacation and sick days
  • provide office/sales support by reviewing and editing documents for format, content, and grammar

  • Are able to operate and maintain large format inkjet printers
  • Are able to operate and maintain platesetters
  • Have experience using pdf workflows and RIPs
  • Have digital imposition experience
  • Have experience in a colour-managed environment
  • Have industry experience in a commercial sheetfed offset printing plant.

Graphic Designer

Do you have an energetic and creative mind with a demonstrated talent for design and artistic thinking to compliment our fast paced prepress department?


Our ideal team member must:


• possess a dynamic, creative flair with the ability to bring concepts to life

have excellent work ethic and a positive attitude 

be organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality

have a minimum of 2 years of experience designing for print

exhibit proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and QuarkXPress on Mac and PC.

Experience with book layout and cover design a definite asset. Knowledge of PDF workflow, imposition software, web design and photography also are assets.
